In Short you have to see the Major Planets like-Rahu, Saturn, Moon and Mars as per my experience i have seen saturn placed in 12th house in mesh lagna and vrischika lagna had also given success in earning money easily in lottery as the reason may be the saturn is a badhaka planet for chara lagna (Mesh) and being in exalted sign in 12th sign in Vrischika lagna.
