The following things are needed to get good results in any examination.

  1. Good understanding of the subject is first and fore most thing. The fifth house should be strong for that. Lord of kendra in fifth house increses the strength of the fifth house. Particularly lord of 1 or 4 in fifth house gives good depth and understanding in the subject. Fifth lord exalted in kendra (1, 4, 7 and 10) or kona (1, 5 and 9) with makes one to crack tough exams like cat or iit jee in India.
  2. Second house is concerned with primary education. As second house is also concerned with speech a well positioned second house and its strength is mandatory for cracking interviews and group discussions.
  3. Fourth house is concerned with higher education. Lord of four exalted or positioned in kendra or kona makes successful in examinations related to higher education at degree and post graduation levels.
