Astrologer rating analysis.

Users are allowed to leave a review and rating for each astrology reading. After analysing 200 such ratings we got the following insights into user behavior.

Distribution of ratings.

User rating have a bimodal distribution with 77% giving a 5-star, and 11% giving 1-star. The average rating is 4.34

Rating by astrologer experience

New astrologers on average get slightly lower ratings than veteran astrologers. Astrologers with a single review get an average of 4.1, while astrologers with over 50 reviews get 4.3 on average.
