Claiming refund

If you are dissatified with your reading, you can request a refund. To do this first go to your answer page, first click on "Options" link then click on the "Receipt" button.

This will take you to a page with this form on it.

Fill the form and submit it. We will process the refund within 6-12 hours. You will get you money back within 4-5 days.

If the form returns an error, please send us an email.

Please note refunds requests in review sections are not monitored. Please use the form as described above.

Note that you can opt for an alternate reading as well. Please mention in the textbox and we will give you a free reading coupon.
