User history on astrologer dashboard

The astrologer dashboard now has user history linked to every question. This gives a list of reviews/ratings left by the user. This way the astrologer can decide if she wants to take that question or not.

The table shows the date, rating, review for each question. If the user did not leave a review, that too is mentioned.

This feature is only available for repeat users - since they have a history of interaction.
