GoAstrologer is committed to 100% user satisfaction and allow for refunds if the user is not satisfied.

Repeat 0-6 _N _Y Repeat users* will only get alternate readings.

Repeat Users: We define repeat users as the users who have paid for at least 2 readings.


  • Refunds will be available for a period of 30 days for new users.
  • After 30 days, refunds are not available. However, we might offer a free reading from another astrologer for the same question.
  • We first offer an alternate reading from another astrologer before processing the refund.
  • We reserve the right to delete the answer and/or the review associated with the refunded order.
  • We reserve the right to decline any further questions from the user / DoB requesting the refund.
  • Refunds are processed by the payment processor itself and take around 5-7 days to reach the user's bank account.

How to claim refund

  • Click on the Receipt link on your answer page. This takes you to the payment receipt page. Enter your reason and request refund or alternate reading.
